Our mission at Riverside Elementary is to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment where students, staff, parents and community members work together to enable all children to reach their greatest potential in order to become life-long learners and productive citizens.

Riverside Elementary students receive a "CARE" card for doing a good deed. These cards are deposited in the pillar located in the lobby, outside of the office. Each month the students focus on a specific pillar of character. The pillars of character include: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship. An assembly will be held at the first of each month. Cards are drawn from the pillar and these students are able to participate in a reward activity.
