Goal 1 of our strategic plan is Whole Child and Goal 2
is Culture and Climate, so it is important to hear the
perceptions of our students, staff, and families about our
progress on these goals. Thus, we administer an annual
Educational Effectiveness Survey (EES) to get your
feedback. The surveys will open tomorrow, March 24,
and close on April 3 . Principals will send instructions to
families tomorrow.

A few “ups” of leadership:
1. Rise Up: Believe you can make a difference.
2. Listen Up: Spend more time listening than
speaking.
3. Fess Up: Own your mistakes and move on.
4. Build Up: Fill other peoples’ buckets. Energize
and encourage.
5. Chin Up: Stay optimistic and positive. We can
do this!
6. Make Up: Forgive. Setback, bounce back.

The Riverside location for First Student delivered an
outstanding performance in February, earning an
impressive 7th place ranking out of 489 locations
nationwide. This top-tier placement reflects excellence
across key operational metrics, including safety, on-time
performance, employee satisfaction, and overall service
quality. Our location also achieved a maximum rating on
the safety scorecard, further underscoring its strong
commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.
